Which layer sits on top: the z-index of every overlay, in order. Ships with @luz-ds/core.

### Z-index scale

Ships with core, not with tokens.

- Use the z-index tokens instead of numbers, so layers stay in this order.

Values: `tokens.json`, `classes.json`.
